Growth Marketing Lead
Swimm is searching for a rockstar growth marketer who can build and drive our customer journeys. You will be running demand generation campaigns across channels including social platforms, webinars, ABM, email and more.
Responsibilities
- Define a demand generation strategy across digital channels including social, search, email, display, and more, to generate marketing qualified leads.
- Plan and launch nurturing journeys.
- Implement new technologies to scale demand gen and identify new marketing channels for campaigns and strategic initiatives
- Create and optimize digital assets, content (reports, landing pages) and funnels
- Manage budget and optimize spend with ROI positive driven strategy
- Analyze and report on campaign to sales effectiveness
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in digital marketing in a tech company
- Native English speaker
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Experience with paid advertisement across platforms, and familiarity with analytics, tag manager, and search console.
- Experienced in Marketing automation tools and nurture campaigns (marketo / pardot / intercom) - advantage.
