About the role:
We're looking for a motivated, innovative, and results-driven person, with a passion for marketing, content creation, and community engagement. The Marketing Manager will execute established marketing strategies, working independently to promote our brand and meet company objectives. As Swimm's Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for:
- Build and manage our content strategy across web, social, and industry channels.
- Develop thought leadership content that establishes Swimm's expertise
- Write flexibly to optimize to every medium including blog posts, technical articles, case studies, and website copy that resonates with our developer audience.
- Define and execute a video content strategy, including product demos, customer testimonials, and thought leadership content.
- Measure and analyze the performance of content initiatives
Lead our event marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute our conference calendar, from planning through follow-up
- Create unique high-touch custom events for key customer and prospects
- Measure and analyze the performance of events to optimize our efforts and demonstrate ROI
Collaborate closely with sales to enable them through the full sales process
- Create compelling enablement materials including 1 pagers that showcase our value proposition
- Partner on ABM to execute pipeline, deal acceleration or upsell plays
Requirements
Your qualifications and experience:
● 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or developer tools company.
● Fluent English speaker required.
● Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create technical content for a developer audience.
● Proven track record of successfully managing tech industry events and conferences.
● Project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
● Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
● Self-motivated, creative thinker with a "can-do" attitude.
