About The Position
Swimm is a cutting-edge AI tool designed to modernize and maintain legacy code, empowering development teams to streamline workflows and ensure long-term code sustainability. With Swimm, developers can create live, auto-synced documentation directly within their IDE, fostering seamless onboarding and collaboration. Our innovative approach bridges the gap between outdated codebases and modern practices, helping teams unlock productivity and adapt to evolving business needs.
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our growing team and help us scale our infrastructure and deployment architecture to the next level.
This position is full-time, working at least four days a week from Swimm’s office in TLV.
A glimpse into what you will be doing:
• Design and build scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for our platform—both cloud and on-prem.
• Take a leading role in shaping our deployment architecture, helping us scale and support single-tenant enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with R&D to optimize CI/CD workflows and streamline developer experience.
• Leverage the latest LLM and RAG technologies as an integral part of the daily routine
• Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance across environments and customer installations.
• Drive observability across all environments with robust monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.
• Work closely with global financial customers and deeply understand their infrastructure and regulatory expectations.
Your qualifications and experience:
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or similar, including production-grade setups and troubleshooting.
• Experience with managed container services on major public clouds (e.g., AWS EKS/ECS, Azure AKS, GCP GKE).
• Deep understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements, including network segmentation, secrets management, and auditability.
• Proven experience building enterprise-level infrastructure for on-prem and private cloud environments, with a focus on single-tenant architecture.
• Solid understanding of serverless architecture internals and hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar.
• Experience with Pulumi or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Familiarity with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent.
• Experience working with global financial companies, including working in according with strict SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
